Bringing a group function together to carry strategic acceleration
Head office or cross-functional role
The organisation is accelerating: new sites to open, an ambitious strategic plan already written, a clear course for the years ahead.
The assignment
The organisation is accelerating: new sites to open, an ambitious strategic plan already written, a clear course for the years ahead. But the function that has to carry that ambition on the people side is still, at this stage, a sum of local practices rather than a group policy. The function exists, spread across many sites: what it is waiting for is a shared vision more than another layer of oversight.
What is at stake
Design a group HR policy that brings the whole function around one course, while respecting the autonomy of local teams. Modernise the reporting tools to free up time for analysis. Make the employer brand a strategic priority in its own right. Carry the HR voice into the executive committee, on the same footing as strategy and finance.
The profile we are looking for
Proven experience of leading HR across multiple sites or at group level, a solid grounding in employment law and industrial relations. Coming from the sector is not a prerequisite, but being able to design an HR policy for a period of change, and to carry decentralised teams with it, is.
Does this sound like you?
You can bring a scattered function together without flattening it under a uniform policy. You believe HR belongs in strategic decisions, not only in carrying them out. Supporting the opening of new sites, from the first stone to the first person welcomed, speaks to you.
The application form itself is in French.
