The authoritative text is in French

YourVoice is established in France and processes personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation and French data protection law. The policy that applies is the French version. What follows is a summary in English, for convenience.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies at all, including when the application form is open. There is no analytics, no advertising tag and no social media tracker. That is also why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.

Fonts and scripts are served from this domain. Loading a page sends no request to Google or to any other third party.

The contact form

When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, the organisation you mention if you give one, and your message. We use them to answer you, and for nothing else. Messages are delivered by Brevo, a French provider, and reach the firm's mailbox.

Applications

Applications go through Huntool, the applicant tracking system the firm uses. The form collects your identity, your contact details, your CV and, if you give it, your LinkedIn profile. Your consent to be kept in our talent pool is valid for two years.

Where the data lives

The site's editorial database is hosted by Supabase in the Paris region. The site itself runs on Cloudflare. Details of the providers involved are listed in the French policy.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@your-voice.fr. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
