Then do what has not yet started: build genuinely flexible, individual pathways, break down the walls between practices, and give real meaning to a word that has so far stayed administrative, "platform".

The sector you come from matters less than a fine understanding of human situations, a real capacity to listen, and management that is unfailingly even-handed: a team that has been let down judges first on whether it is treated fairly.
