This is the most common assignment in the sector, and the one most easily underestimated: running an organisation that is doing well demands vigilance at every moment.
What is at stake
Provide close, human management, guarantee the quality of support, keep on top of legal and regulatory duties, run quality processes and audits. Contribute, at your own scale, to changing what the organisation offers and to social innovation, without waiting for a crisis to force it. An assignment about precise execution, not improvisation.
The profile we are looking for
A holder of the CAFDES or an equivalent postgraduate qualification, experienced in leading a multidisciplinary team. Rigour and consistency count for more here than a taste for the spectacular: a leader who knows that the quality of a service is decided by steadiness, not by grand gestures.
