Assignment
Consolidating a function that is already solid, under investment pressure
Head office or cross-functional role
The institution is well regarded and the finance function is already structured and capable: no function to create, no crisis to manage.
The assignment
The institution is well regarded and the finance function is already structured and capable: no function to create, no crisis to manage. But the context remains demanding: a return to a more favourable budget path, a significant investment programme to secure, external clinical partnerships that call for a light touch. Joining a house like this means taking on a role of leverage, not a distant supervisory function.
What is at stake
Secure the budget path over several years, guarantee the reliability of the accounts, support major investments, contribute to the work of the board. Raise the collective level of a team that is already solid, without disruption and without calling into question what exists. Bring financial insight that prepares strategic decisions rather than absorbing them after the fact.
The profile we are looking for
A senior finance professional, solid on accounting and management fundamentals, able to go into the detail and to take a step back. Experience in healthcare or hospitals helps in the dialogue with clinical teams, but an excellent candidate from elsewhere can succeed with a strong capacity to adapt.
Does this sound like you?
You like environments where finance is a lever for decisions, not a cost centre watched from a distance. You can be rigorous without being rigid, authoritative without being distant. You are looking for a role where each trade-off carries weight.
The application form itself is in French.
