The position of International Partnerships Manager is a unique opportunity to join one of the most prestigious and influential international organizations in the defense and promotion of human rights, and to contribute, through corporate fundraising, to increasing its resources in order to strenghthen its permanent or emergency intervention around the world.

Reporting to the Head of the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships Department, you are responsible for defining the organisation’s prospecting strategy with the French private sector and major sports players, overseeing its implementation, and building new strategic partnerships. You oversee the construction of tailor-made partnership offers in line with your organization’s programmatic needs and the expectations of target companies. To do so, you identify the key individuals in the prospect’s senior management and recommend appropriate engagement plans. Then, you ensure that all validation steps (Due Diligence, legal, financial, management, programs) are completed and approved before launching the new partnership. Finally, you propose, negotiate, and formalize partnership terms up to the contractual phase, collaborating with the legal teams of your organization both in France and internationally. As the team leader of three junior international partnerships officers, you are to allocate prospect portfolios and define objectives and roles within the team while providing support to each of its members.

You have five a minimum of five years’ proven experience in the private sector, in particular with large corporations, and you master high-level negotiations (partnerships worth several million euros). Your are praised for your sales or prospecting force. You have a clear and broad knowledge of CSR issues, You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are therefore able to listen, influence and convince both internally and externally. Your are fluent in French and English (minimum level C1 expected) and are able to lead workshops and presentations in both languages. You shows initiative, make proposals and demonstrates great curiosity.
