We are seeking a site director for a well-known organization in the health and medical-social sector:

Our client is a well-established nonprofit organization in the health and medical-social sector that manages a facility with a strong identity, combining a psychiatric clinic and a specialized residential care facility, complemented by cultural activities tied to the site’s heritage. For several years now, the site has been undergoing a profound transformation: it is diversifying its support services beyond permanent housing, developing psychosocial rehabilitation and day care programs, and strengthening its regional network through inclusive housing and support for caregivers. The project is well underway, momentum is building, and certifications are coming in one after another. What remains is the essential: bringing this transformation to life on the ground, turning intentions into a structured and transparent service pathway, truly breaking down the barriers between healthcare and medical-social services—beyond mere rhetoric—and implementing a multi-year investment plan that will tangibly improve teams’ working conditions and the quality of care.

You will take the reins of this multi-service facility in a full-time, single-site position. You will lead, organize, and provide direction: a coherent service model where each aspect of care is seamlessly integrated with the others. You’ll drive the integration of healthcare and medical-social services and bring it to life. You’ll oversee the multi-year investment plan from start to finish—including priorities, projects, and monitoring—while always keeping in mind its impact on staff and the people we serve. You strengthen quality initiatives and ensure certifications remain relevant. You manage a team of mid-level managers, facilitate labor-management dialogue, and represent the facility before the Social Life Council, the Social and Economic Committee, and the pricing and oversight authorities.
