The Angle

A major player in the public interest, our client is a recognized national organization dedicated to serving the most vulnerable. As it undergoes a process of transformation and governance consolidation, it continues to strengthen its strategic support functions.

In light of this, we are recruiting our future Secretary General.

The Mission

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, you play a central role in the institutional management of the organization. As the point person for governance, compliance, risk management, and legal compliance, you support senior leadership in their strategic decisions and ensure the organization operates consistently. You will actively participate in cross-functional projects and lead a multidisciplinary team encompassing legal, compliance, audit, and internal control functions.

Profile

With a degree in law, political science, or business administration, you have proven experience in general secretariat, legal department, or governance roles within complex organizations. Your strategic vision, political acumen, ability to bring together a diverse range of stakeholders, and aptitude for facilitating change will be key assets for success in this position.
