A leading organization in the field of international solidarity, our client relies on public generosity to carry out its missions with complete independence. As it works to expand its private fundraising efforts, it seeks to strengthen the management of its donations program.

In light of this, we are hiring our next Donations Manager.

The Mission

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy, you will lead the strategy for developing resources from bequests, donations, and life insurance policies. You will oversee all of the division’s activities, from developing marketing action plans to providing personalized support to testators. As a team leader, you will contribute to the sustainable growth of this initiative by developing an innovative approach based on the quality of relationships, the effectiveness of fundraising strategies, and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

You have significant experience in fundraising, relationship marketing, or philanthropy. You are skilled at managing multichannel campaigns, analyzing performance, and leading cross-functional projects. Your business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence will enable you to succeed in this high-stakes role.
