The organization is hiring a Multi-Facility Director to support people with disabilities. Reporting to the Regional Management Team, you will oversee several facilities and services and help implement the organization’s mission in a rapidly changing environment. You will receive support from the functional departments and the Executive Management Team.

The Purpose of the Function

Reporting to the Regional Directorate, you will be responsible for the strategic, human resources, organizational, financial, and operational management of several facilities and services. You will ensure the quality of care, the performance of the organizations, and support projects to transform service offerings in collaboration with teams, partners, and regulatory and pricing authorities.

Your Main Responsibilities

Manage operations and ensure the quality of support services.

You will implement the organization’s initiatives and the facility’s projects, ensure the quality of care provided, uphold the rights of those receiving care, and lead efforts toward continuous improvement.

Manage and support teams.

You lead management teams, foster cooperation, support organizational change, and contribute to meaningful labor-management dialogue, with a focus on skills development and empowering employees.

Oversee the management of the institutions.

You ensure the financial stability of the facilities, manage resources, monitor key performance indicators, and support development and transformation initiatives.

Develop partnerships.

You will represent the association in dealings with institutional partners and local stakeholders, develop collaborative relationships, and help tailor our services to the needs of the people we serve.

Desired Qualifications

You hold a Level 7 degree (CAFDES or equivalent) and have proven experience managing facilities or programs in the social or medical-social sector.

You have a thorough understanding of the challenges involved in managing multiple sites, leading executive teams, fostering labor-management relations, and overseeing the budgetary and financial management of medical-social facilities. You are familiar with public policies regarding disability and with relations with regulatory and funding authorities (ARS, departmental councils, etc.).

Recognized for your leadership, your ability to bring people together and drive change, you know how to combine strategic vision, a close connection with teams, and a practical, on-the-ground perspective. Your interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and sense of responsibility enable you to provide long-term support for organizational transformations while placing the quality of support for individuals at the heart of your work.

Classification and Conditions

The position is offered as a permanent contract under executive status with a fixed-day pay plan.

Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Location: near Châteauroux

Regular travel within the school grounds is to be expected.
