In light of this, we are recruiting our next Legal Manager.

The Mission

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will work with a high degree of autonomy as a trusted legal and labor relations advisor, at the heart of the organization’s key challenges. You will oversee labor-management relations (labor-management committees, negotiations, and the labor agenda), contribute to the development and implementation of collective agreements and internal policies, and support the HR Director in ensuring compliance with HR practices as well as managing sensitive matters, individual cases, and litigation. You will also play a key role in structuring HR processes and fostering a culture of legal compliance within the organization.

Profile

With a degree in labor law, you have proven experience in similar roles. Your expertise in labor relations, your ability to thrive in complex environments, and your pragmatic and organized approach will be key assets for success in this position.
