The Angle

As a committed player in the medical and social services sector, our client takes a comprehensive approach that combines prevention, care, and support.

In light of this, we are hiring a Director of Medical and Social Care Facilities.

The Mission

Reporting to the Regional Directorate and serving as a member of the executive committee, you are responsible for the organization’s mission and oversee all activities at the facilities and services under your purview. You define and implement strategy, ensure the quality of support services, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will oversee human resources management (leadership, recruitment, and skills development), manage budgetary and administrative matters, and actively contribute to the development of partnerships with institutional actors and local stakeholders. You will also play a key role in representing the organization and driving local development initiatives.

Profile

You hold a college degree and have proven experience in managing medical and social care facilities. Your managerial skills, your ability to bring together and lead multidisciplinary teams, as well as your organizational skills and aptitude for institutional dialogue are key assets for success in this position.
