ARTICLE 1, A PIONEERING MENTORING ASSOCIATION

She now heads the association founded in 2017 to support young people in their career paths or studies, with the aim of giving the same opportunities to all regardless of their background. She offers innovative schemes such as workshops or mentoring, her historical activity. It has launched DEMA1N.org, a platform to put young people in touch with a volunteer mentor.

"Drawing on my values and experience, I'm determined to support the Article 1 teams in place to make an impact in the lives and success paths of 150,000 young people by 2025. To achieve this, we need to structure, develop and define the association's trajectory, as it continues to grow. To continue the work carried out to date by the teams, we need to be financially independent and work with all the players with whom Article 1 is linked: teachers, companies, regions and government", explains Charlotte Ballero in the press release.
