Privacy Policy

This notice sets out how we, YourVoice, an executive search firm in all areas of societal impact innovation; comply with the new regulations to collect, use, and protect information acquired about you in a manner consistent with our responsibilities and your rights under privacy legislation. Please read it carefully to understand how we will use your information.

1. Why do we collect your personal information?

We are contracted by leading organizations to identify and recruit professionals for executive and expert positions. We have identified your profile as likely to be of interest to our customers in the near or distant future. We take your privacy very seriously, and so that we can keep you informed of relevant opportunities, we ask for your consent to retain your personal data. If you do not formally give your consent by completing this process, we will be legally obliged to remove you from our database and will no longer be able to offer you such opportunities.

2. What information do we collect?

Typically, we gather information about your current and sometimes immediate past position and employing organization, skills and experience, education and qualifications.

3. What will we do with your personal information?

We will retain your personal information so that we can offer you the most relevant opportunities based on your experience. We will only use your personal information to contact you for this purpose.

4. With whom do we share your personal information?

We will only share your personal information with client organizations that have formally mandated us to do so, who are themselves subject to the same obligations.

5. How long do we keep them?

We will retain your data until you revoke your consent. Otherwise, we will retain your data for a maximum of 24 months before requesting confirmation that you agree to us retaining your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal information. This is sometimes referred to as an "access request". In addition, you have the right to ask us :

  • correct any inaccurate information we hold about you
  • delete your data in certain situations
  • stop the use of your personal information for certain purposes
  • provide you with your member profile in a convenient format
  • that decisions about you are not made by fully automated means.

Most of the rights listed above are limited to certain defined circumstances and we may not always be able to respond to your request. We will inform you if this is the case. You also have the right to ask us not to use your details to send you information about YourVoice or to solicit you in connection with YourVoice's commercial offer. You can exercise your right to prevent us from using your information in this way by contacting us at jenniferkirsch@your-voice.fr.

If you choose to ask us to exercise any of these rights, we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can, but within one month at the latest. We do not charge a fee for dealing with any reasonable request. If you are not satisfied with the way we use your personal data or if you wish to complain about the way we have handled a request, please contact jenniferkirsch@your-voice.fr and we will try to resolve your concerns.
