As Head Office Human Resources Manager, you will be one of the pillars of HR policy, serving a scope of over 300 employees (85% of whom are managers), from all the key strategic functions involved in steering a group. Reporting to the Director of Human Relations and working closely with the Head Office Director, you will support and advise directors and managers on all their HR issues: recruitment, training, organizational development, quality of working life, administrative management, employment law, etc.

 

You'll help your "internal customers" gain the height they need to lead, grow and ensure that their respective teams are engaged and fulfilling their missions.

 

You support employees in their career development and ensure compliance with the various processes, which you can help to develop.

 

You ensure the quality of social dialogue by supporting managers and co-leading staff representation bodies.

 

You will be supported by a team.

As a member of the HR Management Committee, you will contribute to the development of the national strategy, by embodying an ambitious HR vision adapted to the needs of the field.

 

You are a human resources professional with solid generalist experience (around 10 years), with expertise in HR development and mastery of social issues. Your interpersonal skills and strategic sense enable you to federate, convince and act effectively. You are keen to support managers in their business challenges. You know how to combine strategic vision and operational action. You are recognized for your benevolent and collaborative leadership. You aspire to give meaning to your daily professional life.
