Committed for decades to offering invaluable support to people in need, this organization managing health, medical-social and social establishments in France employs around 2,000 staff and supports over 20,000 people in vulnerable situations every year, particularly in the fields of mental health, care for the elderly and social services.
The position of Fundraising Manager represents an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a major organization with the "Humanitude" label, whose ambition is to promote the autonomy of vulnerable people by involving family carers, to co-construct life-courses on a local level, and to create the habitats of tomorrow. You will be joining an ambitious institution that aims to create an environment conducive to innovation, growth and adaptation in the face of the many challenges facing the health and social services sector, while remaining true to its fundamental mission of improving the lives of vulnerable people.
As part of the general management team, and in close collaboration with the various establishments and partners in the region, you will be responsible for developing and diversifying the organization's private resources, both nationally and locally. To this end, you will be in charge of coordinating and supporting a network of correspondents in each region to identify promising projects eligible for sponsorship or public generosity. In this way, you'll work to design and set in motion local fund-raising actions and events. In addition, you will develop all initiatives requiring national contact, such as promoting bequests and donations, or setting up partnerships with major patrons. Finally, you will interact with our international network.
You have acquired significant and successful experience in a general fundraiser position. You're enthusiastic and creative, and recognized for your interpersonal and writing skills. In addition, you are appreciated for your team spirit, your rigor and your ability to work independently.
Position based in Ile de France.
