Communications Manager

We are looking for a Communications Manager who is ready to lead strategic projects, strengthen the image of the organization that helps thousands of sick people find care every year and fights against all forms of disease-related discrimination, as well as promote its actions on a large scale.
Reporting to the Director of Resource Development and Communications, you will develop and implement a national communications strategy in line with the organization's strategic objectives and priorities. You manage innovative communication campaigns to develop the organization's media presence, coordinating creative proposals, media strategies and the production of off- and online media. You animate and develop a network of influence through partnerships, ambassadors and engaging projects. You support local teams to maximize the visibility of actions in the field. To do this, you manage a team of four people, while coordinating relations with external service providers and various internal departments.
With a higher education background (communications, IEP or equivalent), you have significant experience in managing communications projects within national organizations, ideally linked to social causes or appealing to public generosity. You are recognized for your ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to respond to a variety of challenges with adaptability and creativity. You have a good command of digital tools and strategies: social networks, CRM, online campaigns, etc. Your strong interpersonal skills, which enable you to interact with diverse audiences, represent the organization and inspire your teams, are recognized by your peers. You're proactive, organized and committed, and you embody the values of an organization that puts people at the heart of its actions.
