Reporting to the Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee, you will define and manage the association's promotional and communications strategy. Your role is to raise the organization's profile, by showcasing the vitality and expertise of the association's project, while respecting its objectives and values. You also define and manage internal and external communication initiatives designed to raise the association's profile. You advise management on crisis management, and work closely with the business departments to highlight the association's actions. You also facilitate the implementation of the association's fund-raising strategy. To this end, you will work closely with the Resource Development Department. You will manage the communications teams and liaise with external service providers. Your role also includes drawing up the communications budget, monitoring and reporting on it, with a view to optimization. With a Master's degree in communications, marketing or business school, you have significant experience in communications, and are familiar with the non-profit sector. You have a sound knowledge of the media, and an understanding of marketing issues. You also have experience in crisis communications. As a seasoned manager, you have the ability to lead a project with ambition and develop every detail. You are rigorous, responsive and innovative. Finally, you are proactive, enthusiastic, curious, organized and determined.

The Assistant Manager is involved in the development of the Fontainebleau multi-service facility.

As guarantor of the establishment's organization, you will participate in the reflection and steering of the structure's strategy. In particular, you will be in charge of the facility's administration, ensuring that all accounting procedures are carried out correctly, supervising purchasing, and organizing management control and budget management. You will also define and manage the facility's real estate projects. To carry out these tasks, you will supervise the accounting, IT and technical teams.
