In this respect, the position of director represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational project of a structure that offers educational, medical and social support to the disabled young people and teenagers it cares for, with the aim of helping them become independent adults.

Reporting to head office and working in close collaboration with the General Manager, your main mission will be to implement the programs defined in the establishment's project and approved by the Board of Directors. To this end, you will coordinate the activities of the facility and its services, and manage relations with local representatives and external partners. You are also responsible for the material and financial operation of the facility, and for ensuring the safety of people and property within the Institute. You are also responsible for HR policy and personnel management.

Recognized for your vision and your ability to drive projects by getting your teams on board, you ideally have successful experience in the management of medical-social establishments. You have strong leadership skills and pay close attention to the quality of human relations. Last but not least, you share the association's commitment and values to the social mission of helping people with disabilities achieve their full potential.
