Regional Manager Normandy
You manage all activities in the Normandy region, in line with the association's project, and in agreement with the national head office. You work with each of the facility managers to develop promising projects, providing a shared vision and encouraging regional synergies. You support them from conception to implementation, and consolidate them within the framework of the CPOM. You lead the management team in the region, with a view to structuring the organization, developing skills and ensuring the quality of care provided to our clients. In addition to day-to-day management, you will support a committed team, coordinate a diverse range of establishments, and foster a climate of trust and personal and professional development. You build bridges between institutional, associative and private players to broaden the regional impact and reach even more beneficiaries.
As a seasoned professional in the social and/or medico-social sector, you are a leader who values listening, respect and benevolence. Experienced in the challenges of multi-site management, you have a thorough understanding of current regulations and funding mechanisms, an essential quality for this position. You have a proven track record
of working with partners, supervisory and pricing authorities, and players in the social economy. With a keen sense of public service, you are keen to contribute
your expertise to innovative projects in the fields of prevention and support for the public. Your ability to unite teams around projects is recognized, as is your ability to achieve the association's objectives while promoting its human values.
