The Association, which works in the field of child protection, is looking for: Director of a specialized prevention service (M/F)

Reporting to general management, you will manage educational support activities in the open environment, as well as specialized prevention initiatives aimed at preventing the risks of exclusion and marginalization. You manage the implementation of the service project and are responsible for the support provided. As such, you are the embodiment of business expertise for our teams and partners. You steer the development of the business by developing institutional partnerships and stimulating team dynamics. You recruit, manage and evaluate teams. You manage the department's budget, finances and accounts. You represent the Association in dealings with local partners and supervisory bodies. Finally, you promote the Association's actions and expertise in your area.

With a level 7 diploma, you have field and supervisory experience in specialized prevention. You have remarkable interpersonal skills, and are particularly at ease representing your association and maintaining and developing partnerships. Your teams appreciate your managerial skills and your ability to work in the field. You have a real ability to unite teams around a common vision. You have a strong management culture, and are at ease with figures. Last but not least, you are a real force for proposal and have a certain ability to develop and innovate.
