Director of the Disability, Prevention and Support Division

Your tasks : 

• Putting people at the heart of our actions: Driving innovative, inclusive initiatives to meet the specific needs of vulnerable people. We do this by accompanying them with dignity and respect throughout their life projects, with ambitions adapted to each individual. 
• Embody benevolent and inspiring leadership: Unite a team of around 200 employees spread across a dozen establishments around strong values, by valuing the skills of each individual and creating a collaborative and motivating work environment, with the aim of enabling users to evolve in a caring and adapted environment.
• Develop an ambitious and committed vision: Translate institutional orientations into concrete projects, always ensuring that the quality of support is at the forefront. Bring out your visionary spirit by putting your projects into action and creating a dynamic that mobilizes teams.
• Strengthening ties and social impact: Collaborating with local and institutional partners to promote sustainable, supportive solutions to the challenges of inclusion. 

Your profile: 

Level 7 diploma (CAFDES, Master MOSS or equivalent). 

Proven experience in multi-site management in the medico-social sector, combining strategic management and proximity to the field, ideally in the disability sector. 

Leadership marked by listening, caring and a collaborative approach. 

A strong sensitivity to human and social issues, combined with solid organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling us to create a framework conducive to the realization of appropriate projects.
