Managing some fifty establishments that welcome more than 2,000 children and adults every year, the organization works in 3 fields: support for people with disabilities, prevention and protection for children and families, and care for the frail elderly. 

The position of Director of Child Protection represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the social mission of this particularly pioneering and innovative organization, which supports over 400 young people in some fifteen establishments and services in the Paris region. 

As cluster director and member of the management committee, your role is first and foremost to ensure the day-to-day management of services and to undertake all necessary actions in line with budgetary commitments and associative orientations, and in compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for stimulating a collective dynamic among the facility managers, to encourage the emergence of intra-pole initiatives and projects. You contribute to strategic thinking and help define the association's orientations, drawing on feedback from the field and your knowledge of the sector's challenges. Finally, you will support the division's involvement in cross-functional associative initiatives, develop activities and contribute to the association's external visibility. 

With a level 7 diploma, you have significant and successful experience of managing establishments, ideally in the field of child protection. With a strong management culture, you are particularly appreciated for your managerial qualities and your sense of the field. You are recognized for your ability to lead teams and manage projects. You're an innovator and project manager, and you're also at ease representing local players, with a strong partnership culture. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good teacher and a good listener, and have all the qualities needed to mobilize and support colleagues.
