Hovia, a non-profit organization that has been working for over a century to create a more just and inclusive society, is looking for a Territory Manager in the Paris region. Established in four regions, the Association covers a wide area, enabling it to offer services to the most vulnerable people, in a caring and respectful manner. This position is an opportunity to promote these values by supporting over 1,200 people with disabilities, thus contributing to the association's innovative social mission. 

Missions : 

You will manage a team of 8 facility directors and a resource center manager, themselves in charge of around 300 employees, spread over 12 different structures (homes, IME, ESAT, CMPP, CAMSP, SAMSAH, etc.) and in full expansion. 

You are responsible for ensuring the quality of services and optimizing resources, while placing people at the heart of your actions. You will foster a collective dynamic among facility managers, helping to develop initiatives and projects within the region, while supporting them as they develop their skills. 

Your expertise in the field is called upon to draw up and implement the associative project and the strategic plan for improvement and innovation, in line with Hovia's values of evolution and quality in the disability sector. 

As an ambassador for the Association's message, you represent it to local and regional players, strengthening its links, influence and visibility. 

 

Profile required: 

With a level 7 diploma, you have more than ten years' successful experience in the field of disability, which has been the common thread running through your career. Your motivating and dynamic management skills enable you to successfully complete large-scale projects, while uniting your teams around collaborative decision-making and shared values, creating a climate of trust within a clear framework. Last but not least, your ability to listen is recognized within the sector, enabling you to adapt to complex situations, while making the most of your ability to act in the field.
