Our client is a national association in the medical and social sector. We are looking for their future: Director of a healthcare establishment

You will oversee the development and implementation of the facility and medical projects. You are responsible for administrative and budgetary management, as well as human resources, and lead social dialogue. You manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and its services, and oversee their development. As such, you are responsible for monitoring the establishment's quality approach, as well as managing technical developments. You are responsible for the organization's communications, in liaison with head office and the network of establishments. Lastly, you will represent the Association in dealings with supervisory authorities and partners.

With a level 7 diploma, you have proven experience of managing a healthcare establishment. As such, you have solid management skills, you are familiar with current regulations and are recognized for your ability to lead and manage projects. You are familiar with the institutional environment and healthcare provision in the Ile-de-France region. At ease when negotiating with supervisory and pricing authorities, you are also an excellent manager, with good interpersonal skills, a keen ability to teach and listen, and all the qualities needed to mobilize and support staff and colleagues.
