The Association, which operates in the field of medical-social care and health promotion throughout France, is looking for: Director of a medical-social establishment (M/F)

You coordinate all medico-social support activities for the reception and consultation centers and therapeutic coordination apartments in the Loiret and Eure-et-Loir departments. You will oversee the implementation of the facility's project, lead the continuous quality improvement process, conduct the external evaluation and be responsible for welcoming users. You will manage the development of the department's activities and encourage team dynamics. You recruit, manage and evaluate teams. You manage the establishment and ensure budgetary, financial and accounting management. You are responsible for routine maintenance, safety and building accessibility. You represent the Association in dealings with local institutional partners and supervisory bodies. You are involved in regional work on the organization of care systems and drive the development of innovative projects within your scope. In this capacity, you will promote the Association's actions and expertise, and develop new sources of funding.

You have successful experience of managing medical-social establishments, and are familiar with all aspects. You have a strong management culture, and are comfortable working with figures. You are particularly appreciated for your managerial skills, and have a feel for the field. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good teacher and a good listener - all the qualities needed to mobilize and support staff and colleagues. Last but not least, you have a good grasp of legislation, management and pricing mechanisms in the social and medico-social sector.
