The Association, which operates in the field of medico-social and disability care, with offices throughout France, is looking for: Deputy Director of the Work Division (M/F)

Reporting to the Director of the Work Center, you will ensure the successful implementation of the structure's project, by steering certain aspects and taking over from the Director on all matters in his or her absence. You are responsible for the organization and implementation of facility projects, as well as the management of field and management teams, within the framework of the CPOM. You supervise human resources management, and participate in drawing up and managing the budget and financial and accounting operations. You steer the ISO quality process at our facilities and ensure that multi-site certification is maintained. You take part in the medical-social quality approach of the division and lead related projects. You drive and ensure the commercial development of our facilities, and prospect for new business. Finally, you will represent the cluster and the association on local and national bodies.

With a level 7 diploma, you have significant experience in a company, complemented by management training in the healthcare and/or medical-social sector. You have some initial experience in an ESAT. As such, you are familiar with the world of production in a facility, and with the ISO 9001 quality system. With a strong management culture, you are particularly appreciated for your managerial qualities. You have strong team leadership and project management skills. Able to take part in a development dynamic and a commercial approach, you are also at ease in representing your company to local players and are gifted with a partnership culture. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good teacher and a good listener, and have all the qualities needed to mobilize and support colleagues.

Full-time CDI position, with travel in the Ile-de-France region.
