Managing Director - closed

As the President's right-hand man, you make proposals for positions, projects and actions. You are responsible for monitoring the work carried out at national level. To do this, you will be able to call on both the members of the office and a team of collaborators.

You will be responsible for supporting the Chairman in his dealings with political, health and social institutions. This will be done both upstream and downstream, through operational follow-up of files and contacts. You will be responsible for monitoring legislative and regulatory policy on subjects of direct or indirect interest to the care network. Your role includes drafting and disseminating information, analyses, notes and arguments to various partners, elected representatives and other institutions, under the strategic or tactical guidance of the directors. In addition, we occasionally represent the care network at events. As General Delegate, you will be responsible for internal communications with members, as well as external communications with the general public, through dedicated campaigns or the publication of written material.

You will be responsible for coordinating the network of regional delegations, providing operational support and technical assistance in response to requests for contributions from local and regional bodies. In addition, you will support members in their territorial positioning, helping them to adapt to new constraints. Your role is also to develop partnerships with other players in the healthcare sector, and to ensure that these are regularly and harmoniously monitored. In addition, you will steer the development of our member services policy, mainly in terms of continuing education, auditing of new services and multi-site care. Your role is to manage the national delegation team, ensuring that the head office operates efficiently. You will propose the necessary changes, and ensure that the workforce is adapted to the needs of the network and its members. You will also be responsible for the administrative and financial management of the network, under the supervision of the Treasurer, as well as the day-to-day management tasks.

You have a degree in political science, EHESP or public law/health law. You have proven experience in the health sector, in a regional health agency, a health agency, a federation, a local authority or a ministry, ideally with multi-site care. You have a good knowledge of government departments, political decision-making processes, health and social legislation and regulations. You are comfortable with budgetary and financial matters.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of diplomacy, as well as a high level of curiosity. You have excellent written communication skills, and are methodical and rigorous. You are capable of adapting to a variety of political contexts and interlocutors. You have a sense of management and the ability to get people with different profiles to work together, to steer projects, and to report to the decision-makers in charge of the political management of the care network. Last but not least, you are self-reliant and loyal.

Occasional regional travel is to be expected.
